Working with student counselors at various colleges and universities, we provide opportunities for recent college graduates, as well as current students.
We have developed relationships not only with career placement departments but also with individual professors who are familiar with our company and culture and are in an outstanding position to recommend students to us.
RMA offers both internships and co-ops to students. These opportunities offer a chance to become familiar with the real world work place of their area of engineering interest.
