RMA conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and additional professional services on a multi-family apartment complex. The ESA was performed in accordance with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs' extensive specifications. The additional services included Soil Testing, Radon Testing, Water Intrusion and Mold Inspections, Noise Assessment and Review of Previous Asbestos Assessments. An engineer's written report was provided that discussed the environmental professional's findings, assessments, conclusions and recommendations.
A Financial Institution engaged RMA to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on an automotive repair facility. The ESA included a site reconnaissance, review of available information from environmental regulatory agencies, a reconnaissance of the surrounding area, review of historical property use and an evaluation of the surface and subsurface hydrologic conditions. A written report was prepared discussing the environmental professional's findings, conclusions and recommendations, which included removal of oil-contaminated soil and soil sampling.
