A food service / food packaging company and RMA worked together to identify structural deficiencies and recommendations for the client's roll pad buildings to determine their projected building life. RMA performed an extensive inspection process of the buildings inspecting the post and beam frame systems and the bar joists supporting the roof decking. The inspection report included the general descriptions of the buildings, the inspection process along with conclusions and recommendations. The recommendations included structural integrity repairs considered essential to be accomplished in the near time frame. The remaining items were considered essential to extend the buildings life 10 years or more.

The system components included a 10,000 gallon polyethylene tank, mixer, probes, caustic pumps and metering system, secondary containment and a PLC operating system. RMA services also included preparing the operation and maintenance manuals, functionality testing for all equipment, start-up operations of the equipment and staff training.
