City of Lula - Wastewater Treatment Plant , Hall County, Georgia


The City of Lula and RMA worked together on the design, permitting and construction administration services for the City's new wastewater treatment facility sized for an average daily flow (ADF) of 0.375 million gallons per day (MGD), with the following plant operations:

RMA assisted the City with obtaining AARA and SRF funding ($8.6 million) to cover the entire project costs. ARRA grant funding received ($6.0 million) covered 70% of the total project construction cost.
