RMA provides construction management and observation on many different types of construction projects. This includes water and wastewater treatment plants, water and sewer lines, and all types of commercial and industrial buildings. RMA acts as liaison between the owner and contractor and oversees progress of the projects. 

RMA services include construction administration, pre-bid activities, prequalification of contractors, bidding, awarding the bid, preparing contractors, pre-construction meeting, project administration, monitoring project progress and quality and help with closeout activities.
