ENVIRONMENTAL TRANSACTION
SCREEN (ETS)
RMA assesses the potential for environmental concerns for a property or business based on it’s current use and the activities taking place in the surrounding area. ETS is suitable for rural and /or non-commercial /non-industrial areas.
PHASE I ESA
We provide All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI), ASTM-E1527 and similar
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Typical elements include site history, site reconaissance, and other optional services.
PHASE II INVESTIGATION
If a Phase I Assessment identifies potential environ- mental concerns, it is often appropriate to perform a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment / Investigation to confirm the presence or absence of contamination. A Phase II Investigation typically includes sampling of soil, surface water, or groundwater, chemical analysis of the samples and evaluation of the data. A Rindt-McDuff Phase II report provides a detailed description of the work performed and professional interpretation of the findings.
