Numerous spill reporting regulations exist today. Requirements for what is reportable and how soon it must be reported vary. Penalties assessed for not reporting in a timely manner, often are five-digit numbers. Many of RMA’s clients rely on RMA for guidance in spill reporting.

Regulatory reporting can also be complex. Different reports are required at different times under different circumstances. The SARA Title III, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, also known as Form R reports, can be very burdensome for plant personnel to complete. RMA manages this process for various manufacturing clients. RMA also handles a number of other regulatory reports for various clients.
