Distribution of treated water to customers is the final step of developing a water supply program.

RMA has assisted clients varying in size from 20 water customers to thousands.  System development services have included planning, surveying, design, construction management and staking, easement plats, and permitting. Often as part of the planning, an evaluation of existing facilities must be performed to ascertain if replacement of certain components will be required.  Other system development services provided by RMA, include financial planning, rate studies and grant assistance. 

RMA also provides system operational services including preparation of Business Plans, Consumer Confidence Reports, and Source Water Assessment Programs.  Additionally, GPS/GIS utility mapping, water system hydraulic modeling, fire flow testing and analysis services are provided in-house.
